COYOTE MIDSTREAM COORDINATES DONATIONS TO THE HOPI TRIBE

[SECOND MESA, AZ, December 6, 2019]  Predicated on the closure of the Kayenta Coal Mine, the Hopi Tribe had no access to coal for cooking, heating, or traditional native ceremonies this year. Coyote Midstream Partners, Northrock Technology, and Applied Logic Filtration served the Northern Arizona Hopi Tribe with coal, wood, clothing, books, and food for the upcoming winter and Christmas Season.

Coyote Midstream coordinated with Alton Coal President, Bob Nead, who donated 50 tons of coal that was delivered by carrier—Rocky Ridge Rock—onto Hopi Lands. Mike Sweat and Dennis Parker assisted with the coal and over 20 cords of wood, plus clothing and gifts normally distributed by Hopi Outreach (over the past 23 years) were part of the December 6th Hopi Christmas Celebration.

These donations would not have been possible without the help of our other sponsors. A big thank you to: United Rain, Hopi Outreach, and the MuzArt Foundation. Coyote Midstream Partners, Northrock Technology and Applied Logic Filtration were happy to help Hopi fires burn a little brighter this season.
