Dallas-Based Coyote Oilfield Services d/b/a Coyote Midstream Announces Strategic Acquisition of Clean Energy Extractors, Expanding Operations Across Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Missouri

DALLAS, Texas, August 1, 2026 – Coyote Oilfield Services, LLC d/b/a Coyote Midstream (“Coyote”), a Dallas-based provider of energy transportation, logistics, oilfield services, and midstream infrastructure solutions, today announced the execution of a Binding Letter of Intent to acquire 100% of the membership interests of Clean Energy Extractors, LLC (“CEE”).
The transaction closed on August 1, 2026, and represents a significant milestone in Coyote’s strategic growth initiative as the Company continues expanding its energy services platform throughout South Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, and other strategic energy-producing regions.
The acquisition includes CEE’s operating platform, transportation authority, customer relationships, contracts, permits, operational records, and related business assets. Following closing, CEE’s operations will be integrated into the Coyote Midstream platform, enhancing the Company’s ability to provide comprehensive transportation, logistics, and oilfield service solutions across multiple markets.
The transaction also marks the return of Les Patterson as Chief Executive Officer of Coyote Oilfield Services d/b/a Coyote Midstream, bringing more than three decades of leadership experience in energy infrastructure, transportation, logistics, operations management, project development, and business growth. In addition, Mike Duffy will serve as President and Chief Operating Officer, overseeing day-to-day operations, business integration, customer service initiatives, and execution of Coyote’s continued growth strategy.

As part of the transaction, Russell Adams will remain actively involved with the organization in a consulting capacity to support the successful transition and integration of Clean Energy Extractors into the Coyote platform.
Adams will work closely with executive leadership, operations personnel, customers, and business partners to ensure a seamless transition, maintain continuity of service, and preserve key relationships that have contributed to the success of the business.
In addition to his consulting role, Adams will retain a minor ownership interest in a Coyote subsidiary, reflecting his continued confidence in the Company’s long-term growth strategy and commitment to supporting the future success of the combined organization.
