COYOTE MIDSTREAM
RENEWABLE FUEL | CRITICAL LOGISTICS | DELIVERED RELIABILITY
REDUCING THE COST AND CARBON IMPACT OF DATA CENTER BACKUP FUEL
Coyote Midstream is reaching out to introduce a renewable diesel supply and logistics solution designed for mission-critical facilities such as [Company Name] data centers. Our objective is straightforward: provide reliable renewable diesel supply while combining efficient procurement, transportation and available renewable-fuel economics to pursue a competitive delivered cost.
WHY RENEWABLE DIESEL FITS DATA CENTERS
Renewable diesel is a drop-in option: the U.S. Department of Energy reports that it meets ASTM D975 and can replace or blend with petroleum diesel. Under the EPA Renewable Fuel Standard, qualifying biomass-based diesel must meet at least a 50% lifecycle greenhouse-gas reduction versus the applicable petroleum baseline; actual results vary by feedstock and pathway.
A COMPLETE DELIVERED-FUEL SOLUTION
● Renewable diesel procurement and supply sourcing
● Inventory and tank-replenishment planning
● RIN and renewable-fuel documentation
● Scheduled deliveries and emergency/contingency response
● Transportation management and delivered-cost optimization
TURNING RENEWABLE-FUEL VALUE INTO DELIVERED ECONOMICS
Qualifying renewable fuels generate Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) under the federal Renewable Fuel Standard. EPA describes RINs as compliance credits that can remain assigned to fuel or, when permitted by the rules, be separated and traded. Coyote Midstream can evaluate that value alongside fuel acquisition, freight, terminal access and delivery costs. Where the commercial structure permits, renewable-fuel economics may help offset portions of transportation or other delivered-fuel expenses.
This discussion is not simply about paying a premium for a lower-carbon fuel. Our goal is to determine whether renewable-fuel economics and an optimized logistics program can improve total delivered cost while lowering the lifecycle carbon profile of construction and backup-power fuel.
